After mounting the solenoid to starter lead on the solenoid the clear plastic will fit back on and you can remount it on its metal pins. Once you have looked around and assured yourself that everything is mounted properly and secured you can reattach the negative leads to the battery. Carefully lower the gas tank and secure it with the rear mounting bolt.
