Remove the seat.

Before doing anything else-

Either remove the battery completely -or-

use the ORANGE tiewrap to loop through any negative terminals to hold them together.

Loop the white tiewrap through the orange tiewrap and secure the bundle away from the battery terminals such that under no conditions can the negative terminals touch the battery post.

Now it is safe to work on your electrical system.
